Meet Our Team

Katrece – Marketing & Training Coordinator

Katrece – Marketing & Training CoordinatorI have had the pleasure of working with Dr. Alijanian since January of 2021. Joining the dental industry was FAITH after my hotel closed due to COVID. It has been such an honor to join a team with such excellence in the dental and oral surgeon community. I am excited about my new opportunity as training and public/guest relations is one of my stronger skillsets. With 30+ years of hospitality experience (27 years in leadership and 25 years as a General Manager for a major hotel chain), I look forward to bringing my excellent Customer Service skills and hospitable demeanor to our practice.

I will serve as Dr. Alijanian’s Marketing and Training Coordinator and help run the Centurion Dental Practi(CE)nter. “Continued Education” is an important part of the industry and I am ecstatic to be a part of the teaching/learning experience for doctors who chose to accept learning experiences from Dr. Alijanian. I am extremely passionate about GREAT CUSTOMER SERVICE and am excited about learning about the dental industry. I look forward to working with all doctors wanting to learn, observe, and partner with Dr. Alijanian for ALL ON FOUR procedures and cases.

When I am not in the office, you can find me walking with my three Bichon-Frise/ Mini Poodle / Maltase pups, spending time with my family (Especially my daughter and granddaughter), attending church at a local church in Antioch, and serving as a member of the usher ministry. I love to serve the Lord alongside the patients at our practice. I look forward to serving you as well.

WELCOME TO CENTURION.

Elaina – FAADOM, Practice Administrator, Implant Treatment and Study Club Coordinator

Elaina – Practice AdministratorI have had the pleasure of working with Dr. Alijanian since 2005. I began as a certified surgical assistant and quickly found myself cross-trained in both the back and front office. Now as an Implant Treatment Coordinator, I am fulfilling my passion for improving patient’s dental health through personalized care and education. As of 2016, I became a Fellow of the American Association of Dental Office Managers which is the nation’s largest educational and networking association dedicated to serving dental practice management professionals. I feel privileged to be a part of such an amazing office that strives to provide patients with the best surgical care possible and with a doctor who continues to motivate and support our team.

When I am not in the office, you can find me spending time with my husband and our two children taking trips, camping, or helping coach my son’s baseball and daughter’s softball teams.
